NiYA Gigs is a platform that connects freelancers (“Service Providers”) with individuals or businesses (“Clients”) seeking digital services. Users may create accounts to either offer or hire services in various categories.
2. Eligibility
To use NiYA Gigs, you must be:
  • At least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian.
  • Capable of forming a legally binding contract.
  • In compliance with all local, national, and international laws.
3. Account Registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • NiYA Gigs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be false or misleading.
4. User Roles
There are two primary roles on NiYA Gigs:
  • Freelancers/Service Providers: Individuals who offer services and create gigs.
  • Clients/Buyers: Individuals or businesses who purchase services.
  • Both parties are expected to act professionally, deliver services as promised, and follow platform guidelines.
5. Payments and Transactions
  • All payments must be made through the NiYA Gigs platform.
  • Payment processing is handled securely.
  • NiYA Gigs may deduct a commission from transactions to maintain the platform.
6. Gig Delivery and Revisions
  • Freelancers must deliver services by the agreed deadline.
  • Clients are entitled to request revisions where applicable, in line with the gig description.
  • Disputes may be submitted to NiYA Gigs Support for review.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users.
  • Circumvent payments outside NiYA Gigs (this may lead to account suspension).
8. Dispute Resolution
NiYA Gigs offers basic dispute resolution between freelancers and clients. The platform's decision in resolving a dispute is final.
9. Intellectual Property
All content created by freelancers belongs to the client once payment is made, unless otherwise stated in the gig description. NiYA Gigs retains rights to platform design, branding, and internal assets.
10. Termination
NiYA Gigs may suspend or permanently disable accounts that:
  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
  • Misuse the platform in any way
11. Limitation of Liability
NiYA Gigs is not responsible for:
  • The accuracy or legality of user-generated content.
  • Any loss or damages incurred due to interactions between users.
  • Use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Changes to Terms
NiYA Gigs may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes and continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the new terms.
