Responsibilities
- Source and recruit Senior Software Engineers across Nigeria
- Screen candidates based on technical experience, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Verify candidates' English speaking ability through interviews
- Assess whether candidates can communicate with a clear, neutral English accent suitable for working with U.S.-based clients
- Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and our hiring team
- Provide a pipeline of qualified candidates on an ongoing basis
