Marketing and Sales Personnel

Reports to: Marketing Manager / General Manager

Main Function

The Marketing and Sales Personnel is responsible for driving sales growth, promoting bakery products, and expanding the customer base through effective marketing strategies and relationship management. The role ensures increased brand visibility, customer retention, and revenue generation.

Role Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Promote bakery products to individual customers, retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, and corporate clients.

Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.

Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing events.

Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure product availability.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and market penetration.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education and Certifications

Degree or certification in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.

Experience in bakery, food production, FMCG, retail, or hospitality industries is an added advantage.
